The Fila Escape

Idea:

Give overworked employees the perfect way out on Leave Work Early Day.

Execution:

With an Instagram poll, Fila identified the "managed" employees and secretly added them to a Close Friends list on Instagram. There, they received a step-by-step escape plan, from crafting the perfect excuse to switching into FILA’s work-to-play gear. A final “Are you in?” poll sealed the mission. Those who accepted? They executed the plan flawlessly, ditching work for a relaxing, guilt-free beach day at FILA’s Escape Point.
